Note: If you are interested in Snowboard Racing Lessons, please hold off on signing up for lessons. We are still working with Copper to *hopefully* solidify this opportunity!

We will be returning to Copper Mountain for the United Airlines Ski and Snowboard Club’s Learn to Ski Better week (aka ski camp) this December 7th - 12th. Registration is now open on the Event Registration page. Be sure to mark your calendars, as this is one of our members’ favorite events of the season - and if you’ve never attended, it’s likely to become your new favorite.  Copper Mountain makes their top instructors available for deeply discounted group lessons ranging from absolute beginner to experienced racer.  If you’re not seeking instruction, the days of free skiing or boarding are fun and casual with fellow club members and our friends from Delta, UPS, Netjets, and a few others.  Evening highlights include a welcome pizza party, good-natured thievery at a white elephant gift exchange (Ooh...ahhhh!), an ugly sweater pub crawl, and a karaoke bar takeover.  Come join us for a great week to kick off the season!

Finishing out the year is another visit to this incredible world class southern Colorado destination. The classic charm of this old mining town cannot be overstated. Located in a tight box canyon, the town offers a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife easily accessible by public gondola from the mountain village. The snow riding is equally as rewarding with varied terrain for all levels as well as some gourmet on mountain dining. Let's close out the year strong with some great spring skiing and boarding!

The Telluride ski week will now start on a Tuesday to allow those coming from Europe a few days to regroup and get to Colorado.  Lodging rates will be good from Sunday to Sunday however.  Here's the "loose" schedule for the week.  More details to come as we get closer to the ski week.

Tuesday, March 31:  Arrive in Telluride
Wednesday and Thursday: These are the ski/ snowboard racing days.  Telluride has a conflict on Friday so we cannot race that day.  No practice, just racing.
Wednesday theme party- It will be 50 years since 1976.  So, let's "party like it's 1976"
Closing weekend at Telluride:  This is closing weekend.  The lift lines are surprisingly small.  The parties around town are plentiful.  We're going to incorporate Telluride's closing weekend with our NAASF awards and events to wrap up the season.

Early bird registration for Telluride will open January 1, 2026.  Register from January 1 through February 15 for a discount on your registration fee. As agreed upon by the team Captains at the annual summer meeting, we will now have a "tiered" registration fee.  This encourages early sign-ups for better planning between NAASF and the resort.

Note: If you would like to participate in any racing besides the newcomer's race, you must select the racing registration.
