Mission Statement

1. Develop friendships with our UAL colleagues through a shared passion for skiing, snowboarding, and winter fun!

2. Promote good sportsmanship through friendly competition with our peers in the industry.

3. Provide opportunities for our members to learn and grow in their winter sports skills.

4. Embrace and promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging as an organization.

5. Support the North American Airlines Ski Federation (NAASF) and the NAASF Foundation.

6. Support the International Airlines Ski Federation (IASF).

7. Develop relationships with retail vendors and other organizations who can offer discounts and benefits for all our members.

8. Represent the United Airlines brand.

9. Get out there and have fun while enjoying the beauty of winter!!
